The Antiques of
Frances Elmore Haley Chiles

I love this bed. This was the bed I always slept in when I visited my Grandparents in Florida.
Notice the picture on the side table below.
It is a picture of my parents, Jim and Dorothy Chiles, in the same bed, as a young married couple.

The first Antique my Grandmother gave me was this beautiful doll named Louise.
I treasured her, and made her Queen of all my other dolls.
My Sister's Doll was named Elizabeth.
Indeed, these dolls are our "Treasures on Earth".
We will always cherish them . . . even when we are old and gray!

to her great grand child, Frances Haley Imholz.

This Satin Glass was a Gift from my Grandmother when I turned sixteen.
The Glass Chicken was my High School Graduation Present.

Paintings by Maud Humphreys. "Babes in the Woods" is the title of the one on the left.

"Wee Pussies" by N.R., 1909

For Sale? Me?
This is Dobbins, my Cat, named after the cat my Grandmother owned and loved as a young girl.
